Chelis Bookazine Limited, Nigeria's leading supplier of educational materials, is seeking for highly qualified Sales and Marketing Coordinators to join our team and take charge of overseeing both our Sales and Business Development transactions/activities.

As the coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and enhancing our brand reputation.

Responsibility
Oversee and manage the activities of the Sales and Marketing team to ensure alignment with company objectives and targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns to promote our products and services effectively.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations Teams to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, making recommendations for optimization as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirement

Minimum of BSc in relevant discipline with a strong preference for a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and business development.

Exceptional emotional intelligence and social intelligence, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record, and thorough knowledge of the road network in Lagos.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
Strong assertive personality with excellent listening skill.
