    Job Description

    The Market Researcher (Senior Consultant II) plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth of our Media (Digital Economy Consultancy) unit. This senior consultant position requires close collaboration with leadership to identify new business opportunities and partnerships, while delivering high-quality services to valuable clients and internal stakeholders.

    Growth Strategy

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Co-designing and executing the unit's long-term growth strategy.
    • Developing a robust strategy service offering for startups and established tech companies.

    Client Project Delivery

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring timely and quality delivery of client projects that meet or exceed expectations.
    • Managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

    Business Development & Relationship Management

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Identifying new business opportunities and working with relevant teams to develop proposals.
    • Managing high-value client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

    Public Speaking & Thought Leadership

    Responsibilities:

    • Seeking thought leadership and public speaking opportunities to enhance business visibility.
    • Representing the unit at industry events, workshops, and conferences.

    Process Optimization

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Developing best practices and optimizing current processes to transition the unit into a leading digital economy consultancy.

    Partnership Development

    Responsibilities:

    • Seeking and establishing partnerships that promote brand visibility and revenue growth.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align partnership goals with business objectives.

    Working Relationships

    The Market Researcher (Senior Consultant II) will work closely with various teams, including leadership, business development, operations, as well as engaging with high-value clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    To be successful in this role, applicants should possess:

    • A minimum of 5 years of management consulting experience at a top-tier consultancy.
    • Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation.
    • An advanced degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
    • Strong public speaking and writing skills.
    • Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships.
