Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving pre-defined sales targets. Day-to-day activities include prospecting potential clients, presenting and promoting company healthcare services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams is crucial for client onboarding and post-sale support.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional support.
  • Proficient Sales and Sales Management skills with experience in achieving targets and managing client accounts.
  • Ability to deliver presentations and Training to potential and existing clients as part of service promotion.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales objectives, coupled with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge or experience in healthcare services is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivation, goal orientation, and an eagerness to excel in a fast-paced environment.
