Requirements Minimum of HND from reputable institution Minimum of 5 years of proven managerial experience (Experience in advertising is an added advantage) Excellent organizational and leadership skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency with MS Office and Google Office packages Must be result oriented. RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description Oversee daily operations of the business Coordinate and oversee all technical activities ranging from design to installation and maintenance of outdoor advertisement projects. Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure the company's survival and growth. Develop and execute the company's business strategies in order to attain business goals. Design and oversee business development activities of the business Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets. Manage and motivate staff through excellent leadership skills Receive and review reports from subordinates and prepare summary reports for top management.
