    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Oversee the daily operations of various departments, including production, logistics, quality control, and facilities management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to set operational goals and targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
  • Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to meet production schedules and customer demands.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.


    Requirements:

  • BSc/HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 2 - 3 years proven experience in operations management
  • Strong understanding of operational principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
