- Manage, develop and optimize the hospital existing social media
platform strategies, including establishing new presence on emerging platforms. - Monitor and pro-actively increase social traffic, growth and
engagement performance across all brands. - Create and review organic social and video content, as well as social campaigns, ensuring traffic and
growth targets are met. - Implement and manage paid social campaigns across multiple
platforms when necessary. - Proactively identify and make recommendations on poor performing
content and social channel engagement. - Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely
manner and monitor customer reviews. - Be actively engaged with all post relating with the hospital on
all our social media handles.
Requirements: - Minimum academic qualification of OND
- 2 years of working experience
