Job summary
Use a range of computer software for developing detailed project designs and undertake complex calculations Liaise with clients and professionals including architects quantity surveyors subcontractors Manage design develop create and maintain small to large scale projects in a safe timely sustainable manner Conduct technical feasibility studies to draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications Prepare project plan ensure jobs are executed according to plan timeline meet clients expectations Assess potential risks materials costs ongoing upcoming projects advise Project lead management appropriately Inspect project sites monitor progress conformance design specifications safetysanitation standards Provide technical advice regarding design construction program modifications structural repairs ongoing projects Provide advice resolve creatively emerging problemsdeficiencies Asses the sustainability environmental impacts of projects Hand over structures services use after completion of projects Other tasks assigned by COO time.
