    JOB SUMMARY

    Qualifications, Skills & CompetenciesB.Sc. / B.Tech / HND in Engineering, Project Management or any other related field.4-6 years experience in Project Management / PMO function with Project Management Certification e.g. (PMP, Prince2 or equivalents) and with active experience in PMO role including project documents management and administration.Strong organisation skills.Excellent documentation and communication skills with attention to detailAbility to prioritize work and deal with complex situations.Self-management & teamwork skills.Analytical Thinking & Problem-solving skills.Experience Monitoring projects from initiation through to completion.Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Provide both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and issues to project stakeholders and senior management.Effective monitoring and tracking of Connectivity, Colocation, Cloud and managed services projects and other assigned projects.Follow up with technology stakeholders to ensure projects are completed.Identify and monitor critical dependencies between projects and ensure proper alignment of all projects.Update project dashboard, escalating issues and identifying critical success factors for each project.Responsible for preparing project plans, holding kick-off meetings before executing the projects.Coordinate internal resources and 3rd party/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional team members to implement project scope and delivering client focused results on time and within scope.Engaging and managing third party vendors for the smooth delivery of projects.Weekly reports showing the completed projects, reasons for project delays and KPI achieved.Responsible for the proper documentation of activities in line with PMO processes.Anticipate issues and drive closure, resolution of issues impacting the timely delivery of project.
