    Description

    Education & Experience:
    Degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.
    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.(Excel,Word and PowerPoint)
    Willingness to learn IT systems, hardware, software, and mobile applications.


    Skills:

    Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines.
    Attention to detail and accuracy.
    Effective task and time management abilities.
    Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
    Hands-on experience with HRIS or HRMS software.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
    Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
    Coordinate hiring activities and fill manpower gaps.
    Support the hiring team with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
    Research and recruit candidates to widen the qualified applicant pool.
    Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
    Process background checks and maintain candidate database.
    Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees.
    Manage attendance and leave management as per company policy.
    Prepare and update employee work schedules.
    Process payroll with statutory adherence.
    Resolve any queries related to payroll.
    Ensure no discrepancies in payroll activities.
    Draft and maintain payroll reports
