Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Sourcer 2.

The Talent Sourcer 2 is responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates by leveraging sourcing tools, databases, and social media platforms.

Day-to-day tasks include researching talent pools, crafting compelling outreach messages, maintaining candidate pipelines, and collaborating closely with recruitment teams to meet hiring needs.

The role requires proactive engagement with potential candidates to build lasting relationships and support recruitment strategies across various industries.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment, including utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools
Strong research and networking skills to identify and engage with high-potential candidates
Excellent communication, outreach, and relationship-building abilities
Understanding of hiring processes, talent acquisition strategies, and candidate evaluation methods
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or distributed team environment
Knowledge of recruitment in sales, marketing, operations, customer support, or technology fields is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred
