Job summary

The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for driving product sales within their assigned zone, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the Company's products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation & Client Acquisition:
    • Identifies and develops new business opportunities within the assigned zone.
    • Meets and exceeds sales targets by promoting and selling the Company's products to existing and potential customers.
    • Conducts sales visits to farmers, distributors, and veterinary clinics to establish and maintain customer relationships.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Builds and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
    • Provides excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on complaints.
    • Gathers feedback from clients regarding product performance and report insights to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Technical Support & Product Education (for Veterinary Specialists):
    • Offers guidance on the proper use and benefits of the Company's veterinary products.
    • Educates customers on best practices for animal health and product application.
    • Serves as a trusted advisor for technical queries related to veterinary products.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting:
    • Monitors market trends and competitor activities within the zone.
    • Provides regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to the Regional Sales Manager.
    • Maintains detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and orders.
  • Order Management & Delivery Coordination:
    • Coordinates with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
    • Follows up on order processing and ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions.
  • Promotional Activities:
    • Participates in promotional events, trade fairs, and product demonstrations to showcase the Company's offerings.
    • Collaborates with the Corporate Services team to implement promotional campaigns in the assigned zone.
