    Job Summary:

    Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth. Conduct thorough research on competitors' offerings, create and manage effective marketing campaigns, and maintain strong client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategy Development: Design and execute marketing and sales plans to meet company objectives.
    • Competitor Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors' products and services.
    • Campaign Management: Create, oversee, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Budgeting: Prepare and manage budget allocations for marketing initiatives.
    • Client Relations: Foster and maintain healthy relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the Media department to align marketing efforts with overall business strategy.
    • Communication: Professionally respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on marketing activities.
    • Event Participation: Participate in company-organized exhibitions and conferences to promote products and services.
    • Awareness Creation: Develop and implement awareness campaigns to promote company offerings.
    • Sales Performance: Ensure the company meets its sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
    • Complaint Handling: Address client complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    • Negotiation: Negotiate deals with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Feedback: Collect and incorporate client feedback into marketing strategies.
    • Social Media Marketing: Create and manage social media campaigns to reach target audiences.
    • Performance Reporting: Write monthly reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

    Requirements

    • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or any Science-related field (preferred).
    • Work Experience: Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or similar position in the Sales Department.
    • Marketing Knowledge: Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics and principles.
    • CRM Software: Understanding and proficiency in Customer Relationship Management Software.
    • Soft Skills: Be a result-driven, organized individual with excellent oral and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
    • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate outstanding project management and leadership skills.
    • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    • Sales Skills: Good negotiation and sales skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
