    We require an experienced professional who can develop and implement compelling content strategies across our social media platforms and drive business growth through lead generation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Content Development: Create engaging content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website, adhering to brand guidelines.
    • Social Media Management: Manage and monitor our daily social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand goals.
    • Campaign Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Customer Engagement: Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share insights with internal teams.
    • Campaign Optimization: Optimize Google Ads and Facebook ads for maximum reach and frequency at reduced costs.
    • Influencer Relations: Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms.

    Other Key Responsibilities

    • Digital Strategy: Develop original digital strategies and content while managing paid media campaigns across various channels.
    • Audience Research: Conduct research to understand audience needs and preferences.
    • Social Media Community Management: Facilitate social media communities by responding to posts and developing discussions.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
    • Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in social media activity measurement.

    Requirements

    • SEO Knowledge: Understand search engine optimization principles.
    • WordPress Skills: Be familiar with WordPress-based websites.
    • Social Media Expertise: Have a deep understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree/HND in Media or related disciplines.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in Social Media, Content Creation, and Digital Marketing.
    • Location: Candidates must reside within Ikeja, Agege, Ketu, Berger, and its surrounding areas.

    Compensation

    Salary: 80k-100k per annum.
