- We are seeking a dedicated and organized Church Administrator to join our team. As the Church Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the church, overseeing administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth functioning of various church ministries and programs.
- The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for serving the church community.
- Manage and maintain church office operations, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and managing mail and correspondence.
- Coordinate church events, meetings, and activities, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with staff, volunteers, and members.
- Oversee church finances, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Manage church facilities, including scheduling and coordinating maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
- Support pastoral staff and church leadership in various administrative tasks, such as preparing agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining records.
- Assist with membership and visitor services, including database management, membership tracking, and visitor follow-up.
- Provide administrative support to church ministries and programs, including coordinating volunteers, resources, and materials as needed.
- Collaborate with other staff members and volunteers to ensure effective communication and coordination of church activities.
- Come up with initiatives to boost the Church's online presense
