    RequirementsBachelor's Degree RequiredProficiency in Ms Office - Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Power Bi, AmplitudeMinimum of 3-5 years of relevant experienceCommunicates tactfully and effectively both verbally and in writingFlexibility and adaptability to new instructions and/or dynamic organizational prioritiesMust be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others.Key Competencies:Data Fluency: Expert quantitative analysis and logical reasoning; 3+ years' experience using database languages (e.g., SQL or BigQuery) and visualization tools (PowerBI and Tableau) on large data sets to extract trends and insightsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and the rest of the Microsoft Office suiteHands-on experience conducting customer segmentation, cohort performance, and product funnel analyses is preferredStrong focus on metrics to measure and demonstrate successExcellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsExcellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skillsQuick thinking, bright, and self-confidentDemonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing prioritiesIntrapreneurial, self-driven, hardworking, and proactiveStrong planning, organization, presentation, project management, technical, and analytical skillsA keen eye for details, market, and consumer insights, and how to utilize them for a commercial advantageProven problem-analysis and problem-solving skills, good judgment, and decision-making abilityProject management certification would be a bonus

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Develop, evaluate, and report on targeted marketing strategies and initiativesCreate a variety of models to predict and better understand consumer behaviorDesign and launch experiments, determine campaign targeting strategies, and develop category-specific KPIs, forecasts, and goalsBuild dashboards, reports, and alerting systems for ongoing analysis and monitoring of marketing campaigns, categories, and channelsIdentify process and system improvement opportunities by monitoring existing metrics, analyzing data, and partnering with internal teams as neededSupport the ongoing analysis of business performance to inform marketing and product development decisionsEnable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable formatDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with internal business partners and external vendors to improve strategies and make recommendationsConduct user/transaction analysisConduct market and consumer behavior trend analysisStay updated on industry and market trendsUndertake other roles as assigned by the Growth leadership.
