- Drafting and negotiating contracts
- Advising on business structuring, mergers, and acquisitions as well as due diligence
- Advising on the wide spectrum of commercial law activities including competition, intellectual property, company formation, MSME support, local market entry, etc.
- Demonstrating good knowledge of the Nigerian Capital Market and applying this knowledge by generating beneficial ideas for clients and thinking strategically around the capital needs of clients.
- Building and managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis
- Delivering presentations and advice to clients
- Representing the firm in different professional fora.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Commercial awareness and acumen
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.

- A Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Possession of a postgraduate qualification (i.e., LLM) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years post-call with cognate experience in the described areas of practice
