    Description

    Position Overview

    We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our B2C sales operations in Lokoja, Kogi State. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales across all SKUs, ensuring accurate delivery, and achieving the set target of 100,000 cases monthly.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales growth by raising orders across all product categories.
    • Ensure team members achieve their sell-out targets and sell across the full range of products.
    • Gather daily market intelligence, including competitor activities.
    • Expand customer base through acquisition, retention, and network growth.
    • Oversee in-store merchandising and promotional activities.
    • Collate and reconcile daily cash collections.
    • Monitor stock availability by obtaining daily reports from warehouse managers.
    • Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team for high performance.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 6 years work experience.
    • Proven experience in FMCG sales management.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
    • Must be able to drive with a valid driver's license.
    • Willingness to travel across the state for on-the-spot assessments.
