Key Responsibilities

• Course Delivery: Design and deliver comprehensive Java EE and Mobile Apps training programs, ensuring a thorough understanding of enterprise-level Java development concepts.
• Curriculum Development: Develop and maintain Java EE and Mobile Apps course materials, exercises, and projects to ensure that content is up-to-date and aligns with industry standards.
• Practical Application: Lead hands-on sessions, guiding students in building complex Java EE and mobile applications and systems.
• Mentorship: Provide personalized guidance and support to students, addressing questions, challenges, and helping them apply Java EE and Mobile Apps principles effectively.
• Stay Current: Stay abreast of the latest developments in Java EE and mobile apps, including frameworks, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into your teaching.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Regularly assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and evaluate their projects and assignments.
• Classroom Management: Maintain an inclusive and productive learning environment, fostering collaboration and engagement among students.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with extensive expertise in Java EE and Mobile APP development, including knowledge of technologies like Servlets, JSP, EJB, JPA, and others. Prior teaching, mentoring, or industry training experience is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as a strong commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
