Business Development Manager (Deposit Mobilization)

A highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager is required to promote the company's financial offerings, secure deposit funds, and build relationships with key institutional and retail clients across Lagos and Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion the deposit mobilization drive, targeting high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and retail markets.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve deposit growth targets.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for low-to-medium-cost deposits to fund the company's assets.
• Build and manage strong relationships with institutional and retail clients to secure new deposit mandates.
• Monitor client satisfaction to ensure superior service delivery and retention.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry forums to expand market presence.
• Engage with decision-makers within target organizations to establish strategic partnerships and secure deposit mandates.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in deposit mobilization, preferably in digital banking or financial services.
• First degree (minimum Second-Class Lower) from a reputable institution.
• Possession of certifications such as ICAN, ACCA, CIS, CFA, or an MBA will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated success in achieving deposit mobilization targets and building strong client relationships.
