    Description

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Managing Director.
    • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain the MDs schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
    • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the MD, prioritizing and responding to inquiries as needed
    • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external distribution
    • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefs and summaries as required
    • Assist in the coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences
    • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies

    Requirements

    • Higher National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
    • Minimum of two 2 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other relevant software
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative when necessary
    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
