JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field, with acurrent Registered Nurse license. At least 3 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 1year in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description Oversee the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care is delivered across various hospital departments. Manage staffing schedules, patient assignments, and nursing resources to optimize patient care and staff efficiency. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to nursing staff, promoting professional development and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
