About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Marketing & Business Development Officer to support the growth of our home care and domiciliary services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, partnerships, referrals, and brand representation, with a strong focus on building trust with families and healthcare partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Marketing
Generate new clients for home care and domiciliary services
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into active clients
Educate prospective clients and families on available care services and packages
Maintain and manage a structured client and lead database
Partnerships & Referrals
Build and manage referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals
Identify and develop new partnership opportunities within the healthcare sector and community
Maintain consistent communication with partners to drive referrals and business growth
Client Engagement & Support
Attend initial client meetings and non-clinical home visits to assess needs
Support onboarding of new clients by coordinating with operations and care teams
Represent the company professionally during meetings, assessments, and visits
Ensure a positive first experience for clients and their families to foster long-term relationships
Reporting & Collaboration
Provide weekly and monthly marketing performance reports (leads, conversions, and retention)
Collaborate with management and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Track and analyse marketing metrics to improve performance and client satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications
2–5 years' experience in marketing or business development (service-based industry preferred)
Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, real estate, hospitality, or NGO marketing is an added advantage
Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
