Role Summary

The Finance and Operation Intern will assist the Finance and Operations team in carrying out the department's daily operational activities.

As the finance intern of the department, He /She will be supporting the team in ensuring that; Petty cash reconciliations are done weekly, office logistics monitoring and control, and any other related task as maybe from time to time assigned.

A Finance and Operations Intern will also be assisting the team in handling some of the administrative duties and any other task as may be assigned by his/her line manager.

Job Role:
a) Assist in the reconciling the office petty cash voucher with the expenses made
b) Assist in keeping updated records and files, also monitoring office car sheet and expenses made
c) Regular update of the office assets register
Administrative duties
a) Providing support to the procurement activities
b) Coordinate repairs of office equipment.
c) Maintains stock list and manage supplies when needed.
d) Prepare minutes of the meetings for the office
e) Oversee the office stationeries, Scanning and Printing of documents in the office
f) Monitors and coordinate the transport department. This includes team meetings and conveying information from senior management to the transport team.

Qualifications

• Minimum B.sc Accounting or equivalent
