JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a Healthcare-related field, with a current RN license. Minimum of 5 years' experience in an operating room setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile processing, and operating room management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description Oversee the daily operations of the Operating Theatre, including staff management, scheduling, and coordination of surgical procedures. Ensure that the operating rooms are adequately prepared for. surgeries, with all necessary equipment and supplies. Implement and monitor adherence to operating room policies, procedures, and safety standards. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize surgical workflows and patient outcomes.
