    Head of Franchise (Eastern Region)

    We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our franchise development efforts in the Eastern Region. As Head of Franchise, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, revenue optimization, and maintaining brand standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Franchise Sales and Investment Management: Manage new and existing leads, provide advisory support to investors, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Investor Relationship Management: Build and maintain investor databases, conduct site inspections, and manage franchise investment advisory retainership agreements.
    • Broker Recruitment and Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard brokers to promote franchise sales, provide training, and engage brokers to ensure productivity.
    • Brand Protection and Standards: Ensure compliance with brand protection standards, maintain consistency, and align with company objectives.
    • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams and franchise partners to drive innovation in franchise investment promotions and operations.
    • Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and execute high-impact investment and networking events, such as Franchise Matchmaking Forums, Business Exhibitions, Investor's Forums, report launches, and breakfast meetings.
    • Strategic Leadership and Collaboration: Provide strategic work direction and leadership to support consultants, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.

    Performance Metrics

    • Achievement of franchise/distributorship investment sales and revenue goals.
    • Effective recruitment, training, and performance of brokers contributing to franchise network growth.
    • Execution of successful investment promotion activities, events, and campaigns with measurable results.
    • Maintenance of brand protection and adherence to standards across all franchise operations.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in business development.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
    • A Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a mandatory requirement for this position.
    • Strong experience in business development and HNI relationship management.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to develop and foster positive relationships with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
    • Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills.
    • Demonstrated high-level analytical & problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex sets of data and develop compelling investment pitches.
    • Possession of an MBA or relevant master's degree is an advantage.
    • Strong HNI relationship management skills and experience.
    • Strong leadership capability and ability to relate with the senior and executive management team.
    • Ability to provide expert investment advisory with strong franchise sector knowledge.
    • Strong investment acumen and understanding of financials.
    • Ability and discipline to maintain professional work ethics consistent with the professional service industry, especially in the areas of data protection, polished behavior, ethical conduct, and structured thinking.
