- Identifying products and parts that are needed by the company.
- Researching and evaluating potential suppliers for quality, reliability, and pricing.
- Negotiating with suppliers to ensure the best price and quality are purchased.
- Keeping a stock record of parts and products in-store and sending daily reports.

- Managing relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance to terms of contracts
- Ensuring all procurement activities adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Assessing, managing, and mitigating risks in the procurement process.
- Any other task assigned by management.
- Follow-up on purchase orders status and keep Management abreast with estimated time of delivery or any changes that may affect or modify the pre-determined delivery conditions;
- Ensure all expected merchandise is received in accordance with OEM specifications, and that all goods are in good condition.
- BSc/HND degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration, or any related course.
- Proven experience as a procurement officer or related position with a minimum of 1-year experience.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as dexterity in "reading" the market.
- Talent in negotiations and networking.
- Use of Microsoft office
- Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software.
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
