This is a full-time Sales Manager role located onsite in Lagos.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales operations, setting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and developing sales strategies.

The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building relationships with potential and existing clients, as well as conducting sales meetings and presentations.

Qualifications
Sales skills, including telemarketing, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Analyze, Interpret, and report sales results and market trends
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in real estate sales is a plus
Must be a female for gender balance
Proximity to the Island

The candidate must also demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, a customer-focused mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
