    Description:

    Role Overview
    We are seeking an experienced
    Foreman / Superintendent - Precast Concrete & Facades
    to join our site team in Abuja, Nigeria on a Design & Construct modular project. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing civil and structural construction activities, including:

    • Precast concrete panel casting and installation, including temporary propping and crane rigging.
    • Building façade systems, renders, and finishes.
    • Ensuring all works comply with drawings, technical specifications, project procedures, and relevant Australian or international codes (ACI, ASTM, BS).

    This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced professional to work in a remote, international environment on a challenging project, contributing technical expertise, mentoring local teams, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

    Skills and Experiences:

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or trade equivalent.
    • Minimum 20 years' relevant construction experience.
    • Proven experience in remote environments and working with government clients.
    • Strong technical knowledge of precast concrete operations, construction sequencing, and site logistics.
    • Solid understanding of Australian and/or international civil codes and standards (ACI, ASTM, BS).
    • Excellent leadership, reporting, and communication skills.
    • Ability to coach and train a local workforce to maintain safety and quality standards.
