    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Conduct outreach activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement, to generate new business leads.


    Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their investment needs and preferences.
  • Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services and address client requirements.


    Sales Support and Administration:

  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other materials for client meetings and pitches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including portfolio managers and investment analysts, to ensure alignment between client needs and investment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.

    Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Conduct research and analysis to assess market demand, customer preferences, and potential target segments.

    Training and Development:

  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of the asset management industry
  • Seek opportunities for continuous learning and professional development to grow within the organization.


    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive attitude with a drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.



    Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 250,000
