    JOB SUMMARY

    The Person Must:Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to track performance and ensure profitability.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for each financial year.Organize the sales force and the sales activities to ensure continuous improvement of input sales performance and sales volumes. Allocate sales volume and other objectives to the National & Area Sales Manager in line with the overall objective to ensure targets are achieved within the approved timeframe.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and customer base.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.Review sales report and provide adequate information to guide production planning and management decision process.QualificationsB.Sc./HND in Agriculture and Crop Production. Knowledge of extension services is an advantage.MBA will be an added advantage.Experience:At least 10 years cognate experience.Hands-on experience in the sales department of an established manufacturing company or Agric input company covering sales, merchandising and customer service management.
