Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO of our supermarket in Ikotun, Lagos.
The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and serve as a reliable point of contact to ensure smooth executive operations.
Role ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO's daily calendar, appointments, and meetings
Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
Maintain confidential files and ensure sensitive information is protected
Assist in decision-making processes by providing timely information
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
Perform any other administrative tasks to support the CEO efficiently
Requirements:
PS:
You need to have at least three tears prior experience as a PA.
Highly professional, proactive, loyal, and trustworthy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools
