- Wow Effect Communications is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Management Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service throughout their partnership with our company.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, developing strong relationships and understanding their unique business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and designers, to ensure seamless delivery of digital transformation solutions that meet client expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Wow Effect Communications' services, contributing to revenue growth and client retention.
- Manage client communications, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with clients, presenting project status, metrics, and recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement.
- Gather and analyze client feedback, identifying areas for enhancement and proposing innovative solutions to address their evolving needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including project details, timelines, and budgets, ensuring compliance with internal processes and protocols.
- Participate in the development of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities, leveraging your client knowledge and industry expertise.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a knack for identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as CRM tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office suite.
