    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records including student records, attendance, and staff information.
  • Assist in coordinating school events and meetings including scheduling, logistics, and communication.
  • Assist in managing school facilities and equipment, including maintenance, inventory, and procurement of supplies.
  • Handle financial transactions, including processing invoices, petty cash management, and reconciling expenses.
  • Assist in communicating with parents, students, and external stakeholders, providing information and assistance as needed.


    Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of school management systems and educational software is an advantage.
