Description

Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Company: LandWey Investment Limited
Salary: 300K net


Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about the company’s services, departments, and contact details.
• Handle client inquiries and complaints courteously, resolving issues or escalating them to the appropriate department.
• Foster a positive and professional image of LandWey through excellent customer service.
• Notify staff of guest arrivals and direct visitors to appropriate meeting rooms or offices.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and deliveries.
• Maintain and update the front desk logbook in the database management system.
• Monitor and manage the inventory of office supplies at the reception area, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Qualifications & Skills

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role. 
• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to function with limited supervision and should be able to deal appropriately with the confidential information.
• Anticipate needs, resolve issues swiftly, and take ownership of tasks without prompting.
• Bring fresh ideas to enhance reception and administrative operations.
• Demonstrate a “can-do” attitude, going above and beyond to deliver excellence.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, aligning with the company’s standards.
• Exhibit a natural flair for creating positive interactions and handling concerns effectively.
