This is a full-time, Hybrid role for a Commission Sales Representative based in Lagos, Nigeria.
The role will involve identifying and reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, building client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities include demonstrating product features, addressing customer inquiries, and staying informed about product developments and market trends in the personal hygiene and sustainability sectors.
The role requires a proactive approach to discovering business opportunities and delivering excellent customer experiences.Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience in sales, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
Understanding of product demonstration and ability to train clients
Proficiency in market research, prospecting, and customer needs analysis
Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
Experience in consumer products or sustainability-focused industries is highly desirable
Prior knowledge of marketing and customer engagement strategies is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
