    We are seeking a qualified and passionate Upper Primary Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching Math. The role requires excellent command of spoken and written English and the ability to deliver engaging lessons that meet diverse learners' needs.

    Job Description/Requirements


    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, prepare, and deliver Mathematics lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
    • Teach key math concepts, including arithmetic, geometry, word problems, and logical reasoning.
    • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress to parents and school leadership.
    • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and critical thinking.
    • Use teaching aids, real-life examples, and educational technology to enhance lesson delivery.
    • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
      Contribute to school activities, staff meetings, and professional development initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: 3 years and above. The candidate should be experienced in teaching Mathematics and other subjects in Upper Primary.
    • Preferred Residence: Surulere and environs
    • Academic Qualification: Bachelor in EducationMathsor others related courses
    • Professional Certification: Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) Certificate will be an added advantage.
    • Skill, Abilities, and Knowledge: Good diction, strong command of spoken and written English, ability to teach mathematics-related subjects, effective use of teaching aids and technology, ability to differentiate lessons, etc.
