Role Description

We're opening a volunteer opportunity for creatives within the Kaduna axis who want hands-on experience and a space to grow with us.

Compensation will evolve based on performance, consistency, and overall growth over time.

This is a part-time on-site role based in Kaduna for social media managers, graphic designers, and video editors.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and optimizing social media platforms, developing content strategies, creating engaging visual content, and producing high-quality videos.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and creative output.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and creating content strategies across platforms
Strong Communication and Writing skills with attention to detail
Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite or similar software)
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to creative projects
Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and optimize social media performance
Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related fields is a plus
