    JOB SUMMARY

    Requirements HND / B.Sc from a reputable institution Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role Expert level written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. Tenacity and Emotional maturity. Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently. Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Excellent report writing skill Proficiency in MS/Google Office Suite packages Proficience with online work scheduling tools

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Duties Manage CEO's diary and schedule meetings and appointments. Follow up on appointments and tasks. Organise meetings and manage databases. Organise company events and conferences. Handle requests, correspondence, complaints and queries appropriately. Prepare letters, presentations and reports. Assist with flight booking, ground logistics, accommodation, and all other arrangements Assist with other administrative tasks as may be assigned.
