Role 1: Business, Operations, and Engagement Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Understand how local SMEs operate, including workflows, challenges, and decision-making processes.
Conduct market research, surveys, and interviews to gather insights on business operations.
Engage directly with business owners to introduce them to Elevora360 and provide guidance on using tools and services.
Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure solutions align with real business needs.
Maintain relationships with business owners, gathering feedback to improve service delivery.
Represent Elevora360 professionally in the local business community.
