We operate a number of branches that cut across most of Nigeria's geopolitical zones in major cities such as Lagos, Port-Harcourt, Abuja, Onitsha, Enugu, Uyo and Kano.

    JOB SUMMARY

    Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding the setup, operation, and maintenance of audiovisual equipment purchased from our company.Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests, addressing technical issues via phone, email, or in-person visits.Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to audiovisual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, microphones, and video conferencing tools.Coordinate with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.Document customer interactions, including issues reported and resolutions provided, in our CRM system.Provide training to customers on the use and maintenance of audiovisual equipment, either remotely or on-site as needed.Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support customers and recommend appropriate solutions.Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to customers.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Required Experience and QualificationsA Degree or HND in Electronics will be an added advantage3 - 7 years relevant work experience.Proven experience working as an AV Technician or in a similar technical support role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.Strong technical skills and experience with troubleshooting audiovisual equipment, including hardware and software issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers of varying technical expertise.Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines.
