- Receiving and reviewing claims
- Ensuring timely resolution of claims
- Liaise with partnering service centers
- Provide customer services to claimants
- Providing detailed and timely reports on claims raised and treated
Requirements: - Minimum of OND in Business, Marketing or Management.
- Minimum of 2 years working in the Banking or
Lending institution - Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office
- Organization and time management skill
- Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
- Ability to manage priorities.
- Tech savvy.
Location: Must reside in Lagos (Mainland, Ikeja, Ojota
or Yaba axis preferably)
