We Are Recruiting To Fill The Position Below Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Creating and developing talent maps to manage pipelines for various mid-level to executivepositions across Tax Audit Advisory and Central Services divisions in the firm Ensuring the maintenance and regular update of a comprehensive recruitment database Contributing to the overall implementation of the recruitment team's objectives in talent acquisition Liaising with hiring units and handling requests after confirmation of the job requirements andprofile development Using sourcing strategies tailored to meet the specific requirements and needs analysis of differentbusiness units Identifying target organizations for head hunting activities on LinkedIn social media networksexternal referrals Posting jobs on the firm's portal through Application Tracking Systems to attract theright candidates Participating in the firm's involvement in candidate sourcing activities e.g. job fairs roadeshowsandtalent hunt Managingthe recruitment process from sourcing/headhunting shortlisting pre-screeninginterviews identifying themost suitable candidates presenting themtothecan be used as reference at any time during working hours by calling our office phone number
