Job summary
The job involves making inquiries of gensets parts in local markets, purchasing parts from the local market, prioritizing calls according to urgency and importance, monitoring route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule. The role also includes loading items counting them at destination receiving work orders ensuring proper use of company items preparing maintaining submitting timely accurate reports activities client visits/calls keeping record daily visits log books taking up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe acts conditions procedures workplace participating fire emergency drill work participating incident reporting investigation necessary adherence Company policies.- Make inquiries of some gensets parts in local markets.
- Purchase parts from the local market.
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
- Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
