JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Diploma or Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biological Sciences, or a related field. Certification as a Laboratory Technician from a recognized institution. At least 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with proficiency in laboratory equipment and procedures. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description Assist in the collection, processing, and analysis of biological specimens for laboratory testing. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary. Prepare reagents and samples for analysis, ensuring strict adherence to laboratory protocols. Record and compile test results, maintaining detailed and accurate laboratory logs and databases. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the laboratory, adhering to safety and infection control policies.
