    We are seeking a highly skilled Growth and Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth, improve brand visibility, and enhance customer engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
    • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, content marketing, paid advertising).
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
    • Measure and report on marketing performance using data-driven metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition costs).
    • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a growth-oriented company.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
    • Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.

    Great to Have:

    • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
    • Knowledge of SEO principles and practices.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
