    Job Description

    • To handle and effectively engage all mortgage inquiries/queries directed to the Home Loans Unit.
    • To solution mortgage product options appropriately in line with identified customer needs.


    • Minimum of First Degree in Social sciences or any related field
    • 3-4 years of experience in Customer Support and Risk Asset Growth delivery. Knowledge of the Home loan solution and basic processes.
    • Client oriented and have strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information.
    • Attention to detail. Reliability and honesty. Basic knowledge in Credit and Compliance matters.
