    Role:
    Administrative Personnel

    Experience : 2-5 Years

    BSc in business administration, Marketing or any relevant field.


    We are looking for an experienced Administrative personnel who will be in charge of maintaining a system that helps oversee, coordinate and administrative task day to day activities of the organisation .


    Responsibilities:
    Answering and forwarding telephone enquiries to various team members.

    Responding to mails as appropriate.

    Schedule meetings, typing and printing report for meetings.

    Maintaining organized and accurate record of daily activities.

    Making arrangements for meal orders, transportation and other demand.

    Alerting of overseeing and delegating task to admin team and Supporting bookkeeping.

    Other responsibilities will be communicated overtime.


    Requirements and Skills :
    Proven work experience as Admin, Secretary, Front desk or customer service.
    BSc in marketing, business administration, or relevant field.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal communication.
    Ability to organize, plan and execute.
    Strong organization skills and multi-tasking skills.
    Proficient in MS Office.
