Administrative Personnel
Experience : 2-5 Years
BSc in business administration, Marketing or any relevant field.
We are looking for an experienced Administrative personnel who will be in charge of maintaining a system that helps oversee, coordinate and administrative task day to day activities of the organisation .
Responsibilities:
Answering and forwarding telephone enquiries to various team members.
Responding to mails as appropriate.
Schedule meetings, typing and printing report for meetings.
Maintaining organized and accurate record of daily activities.
Making arrangements for meal orders, transportation and other demand.
Alerting of overseeing and delegating task to admin team and Supporting bookkeeping.
Other responsibilities will be communicated overtime.
Requirements and Skills :
Proven work experience as Admin, Secretary, Front desk or customer service.
BSc in marketing, business administration, or relevant field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal communication.
Ability to organize, plan and execute.
Strong organization skills and multi-tasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
