    Business Development Officer

    A key role for a driven and sales-focused individual to secure new business opportunities in the Lagos real estate market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Secure new property sales, lease, and management briefs.
    • Develop strategies for client satisfaction and retention.
    • Maintain a robust client and tenant database.

    Business Growth and Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property sales, leasing, and facility management.
    • Acquire new valuation and advisory services and research projects for the company.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and implement effective client relationship strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.
    • Manage and resolve client complaints efficiently and effectively.
    • Build and maintain a comprehensive client and tenant database.

    Revenue and Performance Management:

    • Ensure efficient service charge and rent recovery processes.
    • Prepare and present regular client reports to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in any field.
    • 6-8 years of experience in real estate business development and client relations.
    • Strong sales background and excellent communication skills.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools and CRM systems.

    Key Skills:

    • Sales and marketing expertise.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market.
