    Fort Knox Outsourcing is expanding its operations in our territory and seeking a Territory Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs).

    Overview of Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
    • Build strong relationships with our DSRs and key stakeholders
    • Drive business growth through innovative ideas and solutions
    • Mentor and coach DSRs to achieve their sales targets

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruit, train, and manage a field-based team of DSRs
    • Run a team of DSRs who are well-disciplined in the sales process
    • Develop and maintain local networks to support business growth
    • Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products
