    JOB SUMMARY

    HND / OND / FLSC qualification with at least 2 years experience in a janitorialor similar role.Good communication skills.Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them.Ability to lift and move furniture when neccesary.Good organization skills.Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleaners.Excellent time-management skills.Must pay attetion to details by tidying up and maintaining a well kept apartment.Ability to work with less supervision.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Clean the interior of the apartmentincluding floors, rugs, windows, walls and kitchen.Disinfect commonly used items like tables and door handles.Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed.Maintain outdoor grounds.Empty trash and recycling bins.Perform minor repairs on machinery, equipment and toolsVacuum, sweep and mop floorsClean and maintain restrooms.Running errands for guests in the apartment.Deep cleaning of the Apartment including hidden corners.Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment.
